There is a need to recruit a Catering Manager to take the business forward through a period of expansion and improvement. The individual must bring a customer focused ethos and energy, and have strong leadership and commercial skill as well as be hands on leading both front and back of house teams.
The Catering Manager will be given full responsibility for menu development, ingredient sourcing, budgets and staffing as well as an opportunity to stamp their personality onto the business.
